In 2007, we were founded and tasked by our parent company, LHN Group, to operate, manage and optimise group parking assets. We have taken the skills and experience gained through managing our own assets to the market and are now a key Service Provider to many Statutory Boards, Listed and Private entities over a wide range of property types ranging from Industrial, Commercial to Tertiary campuses.

Today, we manage more than 100 car parks with over 27,500 parking lots which span across the island.

Over the years, we have expanded our carpark services beyond operations. Today, we are not only a carpark operator, but also a trusted provider of integrated carpark services, supporting the long-term performance, safety, and reliability of carpark facilities.
